5) The Pale Project
American Pale Ale / 5.8% ABV
2022 Washington Beer Awards Bronze Medalist
The Pale Project is a collaboration between three homebrew-loving friends—Shawn Miller, Tony Ochsner, and L&L brewer Nick Ladd—who cut their craft teeth on early 2000’s pale ales, but also appreciate today’s more hop-forward pale ales. This is an ongoing project that seeks to find the happy balance between traditional and contemporary takes on pale ale. This iteration is lightly malty with a punchy dry hop of Citra, Centennial, and Cascade.

This beer is brewed in honor of Shawn, L&L’s biggest supporter and loudest advocate. He was an amazing human who always led by example and is fiercely missed by all who knew him. We hope this project conveys his passion for the craft of beer making and captures his spectacular spirit. A portion of proceeds from sales of this beer will be donated to the Cascadia College Foundation to help fund the Shawn Miller Memorial Scholarship for First Generation Students. #WeLoveYouShawn #FuckCancer

7) Public Lands
Pub Ale / 4.5% ABV
Public Lands
Pub Ale is a collaboration between 85 Washington breweries and beer industry businesses to defend our public lands. These wildlands and waterways provide us with clean water for brewing, healthy ecosystems, and abundant recreation opportunities. Threats like public lands selloff, repeal of the Roadless Rule, and defunding of agencies pose serious risks to these wild places. This Washington Pub Ale w/ Bigleaf Maple Syrup was brewed with 100% Salmon Safe Malt and Hops generously donated by Linc Malt, Cold Stream Malt, and Roy Farms.

8) Sacred Spring

11) Zoospaloos
Czech Dark Lager / 4.9% ABV
Craft Beer & Brewing Top 20 Beers of 2024
Come to the Dark Side with our take on the traditional Czech tmavé pivo (dark lager). While this beer sports a deep hue, it is only lightly roasty—allowing notes of coffee and cacao to intermingle with clean flavors of deeply toasted rustic bread crust.

This beer is named after our OG good boy, Zeus Ladd (2004–2020), who was born on Earth Day. In honor of our little pug god, a portion of sales from this beer will be donated to Washington Wild to help fund their mission of protecting and restoring wild lands and waters in Washington State.

Hops: Czech Saaz
Malts: Pilsner, Victory Malt & Carafa Special Type 3

BOTTLE POURS

Barrel-aged Year 1
Barrel-aged English Barleywine / 12.75% ABV
On the occasion of our 2nd anniversary, we are excited to introduce our first barrel-aged beer. Originally brewed to celebrate our 1st anniversary, Barrel-aged Year One has spent our entire second year maturing in Willett bourbon barrels. What started as a young and jubilant celebration is now an ode to wood, barley, and time. With notes of rich toffee and caramel, luscious creme brulee, nutty malt, and delicate oak, this barleywine is the perfect excuse to gather with friends.

Short Days Dark Nights: Peanut & Cacao
Imperial Stout / 11% ABV
Inspired by the dark depths of the PNW winter, Short Days Dark Nights is a brawny and meticulously crafted stout that launches a delightful bombardment of complex malt and roast —all layered against a sweetness balanced by lightly roasty acidity and a gentle undercurrent of bitterness. Inspired by the classic combination of peanut and chocolate, we aged this variant of Short Days Dark Nights on a robust quantity of crushed cacao nibs and dry roasted peanuts. The resulting flavors synergize with the decadent stout, showcasing a harmonious blend of dark and milk chocolates supported by an undercurrent of peanuty goodness.

Westchester: Candy Cot Aprium
Farmhouse Saison / 5% ABV
Westchester is L&L’s take on mixed-fermentation farmhouse-style saison—celebrating our unique house culture of wild yeast and bacteria as seen through the lens of co-ferments with some of the finest fruit Washington has to offer.

For this iteration of Westchester, Candy Cot aprium from Collins Family Orchards in Selah, WA were fermented for over a year on their native wild cultures before being macerated with our house mixed-fermentation saison and bottle conditioned. Expect light floral notes of apricot and plum.
