L&L ON TAP
1) Two Betta Fish
West Coast IPA / 6.2% ABV
Nearly four years in and 170+ batches later, L&L is finally headed towards our very first core beer. We are looking forward to brewing a West Coast IPA that will be your go to―whether it be at home, your local bar, your favorite restaurant, or your neighborhood bottle shop. But before we get there, we're doing a little R&D.
And that's where Two Betta Fish comes in. Part of a series of prototypes that will ultimately inform our core West Coast IPA, we'd like to hear your thoughts on these iterations. Share your thoughts here.

2) Hop Shuffle 3
Hazy IPA / 6.7% ABV
Hop Shuffle is an ongoing series of explorations on the gestalt of hop selection and brewing technique. While the brewer may initially be focused on the individual components of a recipe, soon the parts come together to take on a life of their own as a fully realized composition.
Hop Shuffle 3 takes you on a journey to the Willamette Valley of Oregon. Brewed with hops sourced solely from Crosby Hop Farm, this hazy IPA pairs some of the best Comet hops around with estate-grown Amarillo and Chinook. Expect bright notes of citrus pith, sweet tangerine, pineapple, and beguiling resin.

Hops: Comet, Chinook & Amarillo
Malts: Pilsner, Flaked Oats, Low Color Wheat Malt & Malted Oats
3) The Night Is Dark and Full of Terrors
Cascadian Dark Ale / 6.5% ABV
2024 Washington Beer Awards Gold Medalist
We’re bringing Cascadian Dark Ale back from the dead with our modernized take on the much loved and maligned style. Expect boughs of piney hop goodness balanced with bright citrus zest and a touch of tropical punch. This beer may be as dark as our brewer’s soul, but it only dips a toe into the roasty abyss with just a kiss of light chocolate and coffee.

Hops: Amarillo, Simcoe & Centennial
Malts: Pilsner, Alix Craft 2-Row & Carafa Special Type 3
4) The Pale Project
American Pale Ale / 5.8% ABV
2022 Washington Beer Awards Bronze Medalist
The Pale Project is a collaboration between three homebrew-loving friends—Shawn Miller, Tony Ochsner, and L&L brewer Nick Ladd—who cut their craft teeth on early 2000’s pale ales, but also appreciate today’s more hop-forward pale ales. This is an ongoing project that seeks to find the happy balance between traditional and contemporary takes on pale ale. This iteration is lightly malty with a punchy dry hop of Citra, Centennial, and Cascade.
This beer is brewed in honor of Shawn, L&L’s biggest supporter and loudest advocate. He was an amazing human who always led by example and is fiercely missed by all who knew him. We hope this project conveys his passion for the craft of beer making and captures his spectacular spirit. A portion of proceeds from sales of this beer will be donated to the Cascadia College Foundation to help fund the Shawn Miller Memorial Scholarship for First Generation Students. #WeLoveYouShawn #FuckCancer

5) Fractal Sunset
Double IPA / 8.9% ABV
2023 SIP Magazine Double Platinum Medalist • 2023 Alpha King Finalist
Fractal Sunset shows us exactly why Citra and Mosaic have become the banger hops we’ve all grown to love. This big double IPA was hit hard with Citra, Cryo Mosaic, and Cryo Simcoe—leaving an aftermath of overripe mango, pineapple, and tropical fruit flavors in its wake.
—
Hops: Citra, Cryo Mosaic & Cryo Simcoe
Malts: Pilsner & Pale Wheat

Hard Milk Tea Seltzer / 5.4% ABV

7) Snow & Fire
Saison / 6.5% ABV
This dry saison brings together an expressive Belgian yeast and lean malt to create a fruit-forward, lightly spicy, and abundantly quenching saison. Expect notes of sourdough bread, stone fruit, baker’s spice, and a touch of delicate honey thanks to a carefully sourced addition of fireweed honey. Brewed in collaboration with homebrewer extraordinaire and Pacific Women Brewers’ Cup winner, Tarn Allen.

8) Hot Dogs with Friends
Grodziskie / 3.6% ABV
Brewed with 100% oak-smoked wheat malt, this traditional piwo grdoziskie casts a delightful aura of enchanting smoke, austere dryness, doughy malt, and a lively effervescence. Brewed in collaboration with our hot dog-loving buds at Big Time Brewery and Halcyon Brewing.

9) Adeena Pils
Pilsner / 5% ABV
In celebration of this year’s Lagerhead Beer Fest, we teamed up with our friends at Roy Farms to brew up a pilsner featuring Adeena hops, a personal favorite of ours that Roy Farms has lovingly bred and now grows. We love how Adeena melds classic Continental hop vibes (think purple flowers, damp earth, and a touch of peppery spice) with classic New World citrus. All of this hop goodness dances upon a stage of pilsner malt and corn.

11) Zoospaloos
Czech Dark Lager / 4.9% ABV
Craft Beer & Brewing Top 20 Beers of 2024
Come to the Dark Side with our take on the traditional Czech tmavé pivo (dark lager). While this beer sports a deep hue, it is only lightly roasty—allowing notes of coffee and cacao to intermingle with clean flavors of deeply toasted rustic bread crust.
This beer is named after our OG good boy, Zeus Ladd (2004–2020), who was born on Earth Day. In honor of our little pug god, a portion of sales from this beer will be donated to Washington Wild to help fund their mission of protecting and restoring wild lands and waters in Washington State.
