1) Howdy, Friend
West Coast IPA / 6.5% ABV
L&L’s very first year-round beer is a bright, crisp modern West Coast IPA that pairs well with everything from dinner to mowing the lawn to movie night on the couch.

Hops: El Dorado, Centennial, Cryo Citra & Chinook
Malts: Pilsner & Wheat Malt

2) Trampled by Koalas
Extra Pale Ale / 5.1% ABV
Unlike a surprise drop bear attack, this extra pale ale is a light and bright experience. With a striking golden hue and a punchy dose of some of our favorite southern hemisphere hops, expect notes of lime, pineapple, and guava delicately intertwined with a crisp malt body.

Hops: Nelson Sauvin & Citra
Malts: Superior Pilsen, Low Color Wheat & Chit Malt

3) Photographic Memory
Double IPA / 8.6% ABV
This modern West Coast Double IPA features a svelte malt base that frames a masterfully massive hop addition. Big, bright tropical hops the likes of Mosaic Dynaboost, Citra, Cryo Citra, Cryo Simcoe, and (a touch of) Cryo Columbus leap from the page with an energetic enthusiasm.

Photographic Memory—a crisp counterpoint to our hazy triple IPA, Holographic Memory—highlights the two ends of the hop saturation spectrum. Though both are equally dense, the simple difference of a leaner or heftier malt base results in diametrically opposed Memories.

Enjoy Photographic Memory now. And look for our award-winning Holographic Memory early next spring!

Malts: Pilsner

Loads of freshly crushed citrus, tropical pineapple, and a touch of sticky weed will leave you hooting for more.

A healthy portion of wonderfully delicate whole grain Jasmine rice helps to lighten everything up. Expect a crisp, crusher of a lager.

11) Obstinate Intentions
Hoppy Belgian Ale / 4.9% ABV
One of the highlights of our brewer’s recent trip to Belgium was a visit to Brasserie de la Senne. Blown away by the beers, Nick came home energized by the experience and immediately started planning an homage to Taras Boulba, de la Senne’s bracingly dry and hop-forward flagship.

Our homage, Obstinate Intentions, features a robust hopping of classic Continental varieties. The resulting assertive bitterness and herbaceous, floral hop bouquet is lovingly layered upon a complex Belgian yeast profile.

Hops: Saphir & Czech Saaz

12) The Pale Project
American Pale Ale / 5.4% ABV
2022 WA Beer Awards Bronze Medalist
The Pale Project is a collaboration between three homebrew-loving friends—Shawn Miller, Tony Ochsner, and L&L brewer, Nick Ladd—who cut their craft teeth on early 2000’s pale ales, but also appreciate today’s more hop-forward pale ales. This is an ongoing project that seeks to find the happy balance between traditional and contemporary takes on pale ale. This iteration is lightly malty with a punchy dry hop of Cryo Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe.

This beer is brewed in honor of Shawn, L&L’s biggest supporter and loudest advocate. He was an amazing human who always led by example and is fiercely missed by all who knew him. We hope this project conveys his passion for the craft of beer making and captures his spectacular spirit. A portion of proceeds from sales of this beer will be donated to the Cascadia College Foundation to help fund the Shawn Miller Memorial Scholarship for First Generation Students.
