1) Darling Outcast
West Coast IPA / 6.3% ABV
Darling Outcast is a contemporary West Coast IPA with a lean malt body that sets the stage for the 7th Annual Pink Boots Hop Blend (HBC 638, El Dorado®, Ahtanum®, and Idaho 7®) to shine in all its glory. Expect ripe fruit aromatics with notes of red berry and citrus zest with a delightful undercurrent of tropical fruit. Cheers (and many thanks) to all of the women and non-binary folx working to make Craft Beer a more delicious, enjoyable, and welcoming community! A portion of sales from this beer will be donated to the Pink Boots Society.
2) Ten-acious
West Coast IPA / 6.7% ABV
[Collab with Big Time Brewery Celebrating Watershed Pub & Kitchen’s 10th Anniversary]
Celebrating a decade of excellence, this special blend combines old-school brewing techniques with a burst of new-school hops. Pouring a rich golden-orange hue, Ten-acious offers aromas of tropical citrus and piney dankness. With each sip, experience a harmonious balance of malt and bold hop flavors, culminating in a perfectly balanced bitterness.
3) Scenic Sunrise
Hazy IPA / 7% ABV
Transport yourself to a scenic vista with our latest hoppy creation. Scenic Sunrise incorporates a healthy dose of Vista, the most recent release from the USDA public hop breeding program. Expect bright notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and melon in this soft and juicy hazy IPA.

5) Infinite Sunrise
Hazy IPA / 7.3% ABV
Showcasing the biggest and brightest juicy hop flavors, Hazy IPAs initiated the dawn of a new era in Craft Beer. Featuring huge hop aromas and flavors set against a soft, elegant malt, the Sunrise Series celebrates the best of this style. A reflection of our ever-reaching quest to bring you the perfect Hazy IPA, each beer in the series explores different hop combinations and iterations on the style.
The newest addition to the series, Infinite Sunrise, sings with a dense bouquet of citrus pith and tropical fruit. Beneath this compulsory fruit offensive lies additional layers of pine, ganja, and a hint of pink Starburst. A deliciously endless loop of hazy hop goodness, indeed.
6) Trampled by Koalas
Extra Pale Ale / 5.1% ABV
Unlike a surprise drop bear attack, this extra pale ale is a light and bright experience. With a striking pristine golden hue and a punchy dose of some of our favorite southern hemisphere hops, expect notes of lime, pineapple, and guava delicately intertwined with a crisp malt body.
7) Blossom Hunter
Fruited Sour / 6.2% ABV
Brewed in celebration of the U District Cherry Blossom Festival, Blossom Hunter features over 420 pounds of tart and sweet cherry puree. To round things out, the beer was aged on Madagascar vanilla beans and balanced out with just a hint of creamy, milk sugar. Slightly sweet, slightly tart, and completely delicious. Contains Lactose
8) Zoospaloos
Czech Dark Lager / 4.5% ABV
Come to the Dark Side with our take on the traditional Czech tmavé pivo (dark lager). While this beer sports a deep hue, it is only lightly roasty—allowing notes of coffee and cacao to intermingle with clean flavors of deeply toasted rustic bread crust.
This beer is named in honor of our good boy, Zeus (2004–2020), who was born on Earth Day. To commemorate what would have been his 20th birthday, a portion of sales from this beer will be donated to Washington Wild to help fund their mission of protecting and restoring wild lands and waters in Washington State.
9) Boba Buddies
Hard Milk Tea Seltzer / 5.6% ABV
From the bustling streets of Taiwan to Seattle’s U-District, it’s always BBT time. Brewed with whole leaf Ceylon and Assam black tea, Boba Buddies perfectly captures the essence of milk tea: a delicate tea flavor, creamy lactose, and just a touch of brown sugar.
10) Hella Hops
West Coast Pilsner / 4.8% ABV
Hella Hops seamlessly weaves Old World pilsner and lager bier techniques with New World West Coast hops. Presented as a crushable lager, this offering will also satiate your hop craving. Expect an enchanting experience of doughy bread, a menagerie of citrus, and a cleansing bitterness to tie it all together.
11) Double Dragon
Fruited Sour / 5.1% ABV
We’re ringing in the Year of the Dragon with a roaring party for your taste buds. Double Dragon rocks a smooth lactic zing amped up with dragon fruit and a hint of blood orange. The beer was then jazzed up with whole leaf hibiscus tea and a touch of creamy lactose to keep the party a rockin’. Contains Lactose

All The Berries is a semi-sweet cider filled with loads of berry flavor from blueberries, raspberries and marionberries all grown at Bauman Farms.
Red Cap
6.9% ABV / Whitewood Cider Co / Olympia, WA
A young unapologetically unfiltered yet balanced session cider. A light, crisp, refreshing everyday drinking cider. Expertly blended with genuine Washington-grown heirloom and cider variety apples. French oak aged.
Rosé
11.5% ABV / Sound Goods / Grandview, WA
Delicious, refreshing and a lightly tart sweet finish.
Sauvignon Blanc
