2) Fresh off the Press
Hazy IPA / 6.5% ABV
As a part of Freestyle Hop’s Hop Research Collective, we occasionally get the opportunity to brew with their experimental products. This beer features new experimental product Cold Pressed Hop Juice, which utilizes New Zealand fresh hops processed into a format that allows for easy integration into our finished beer. The result is a burst of the fresh-from-the field-characters of both Nelson and Waimea, two of our favorite hops. Prepare yourself for a bounty of tropical fruit—white grape, passion fruit, guava, and a touch of the dank notes that we love in our Kiwi varieties.

3) Holographic Memory
Triple IPA / 10% ABV

With absurd amounts of Cryo Citra, Cryo Sabro, and Galaxy, this beer is so good it’ll make your photographic memory holographic! This IPA is saturated with tropical, fruity hops balanced against a luscious malt body. Holographic Memory is impeccably crafted and packed to the max with lupulin goodness.

4) Mash Exposition
German Pilsner / 5.4% ABV
For this year’s anniversary collaboration, we found ourselves teaming up once again with our friend and one of our favorite brewers, John Marti, of Little Letters Lager. This experimental lager reverses the typical mash temperature regiment while employing an enhanced decoction process to produce a pilsner that is incredibly dry yet layered with oodles of nuanced malt depth. We love how this pilsner turned out and think it is a fitting (and crushable) paragon of The LLLLLager Life.

5) 12˚ of Pils
Czech Pilsner / 4.7% ABV
A love letter to the motherland of pilsner, 12˚ of Pils is brewed with the finest Czech pilsner malt. Employing a traditional decoction mash and Czech Saaz hops, we were able to layer aromas of freshly baked bread against a slightly herbal, floral hop character. Per tradition, this beer was brewed to a gravity of 12˚ Plato, giving the beer a modest alcohol content and absolute crushability.

6) Hella Bier
Helles Lager / 5% ABV

Reminiscent of freshly baked bread, Hella Bier was brewed using 100% German Pilsner malt and traditional decoction mashing methods. Additions of noble hops lend a floral aroma to this delicate beer. So hella good, even a Bavarian Oma would approve...

7) Hubble, Can You See Me?
West Coast Pilsner / 5.4% ABV
This West Coast pilsner blends our favorite aspects of a traditional German pils with the boldness of hoppy American beers. A dry, lightly bready malt base sets the stage for a punchy dry hopping with hand-selected Galaxy hops—sourced from the hop maestros at Hollingbery & Son Hops. This Galaxy-forward beer was then hit with a touch of Simcoe, a piney nod to this beer’s northwest origins.

Inspired by one of our favorite Belgian saisons, Lenticular Clouds features a robust base of spelt—an ancient form of wheat—that lends a soft mouthfeel to what is otherwise a bracingly dry and effervescent classic. This beer strikes a delicate balance between characterful fermentation notes (stone fruit, citrus pith, white pepper, and a hint of clove), delicate malt, and just a touch of classic herbal Continental hop character.

Barrel-aged Year 1
Barrel-aged English Barleywine / 12.75% ABV
On the occasion of our 2nd anniversary, we are excited to introduce our first barrel-aged beer. Originally brewed to celebrate our 1st anniversary, Barrel-aged Year One has spent our entire second year maturing in Willett bourbon barrels. What started as a young and jubilant celebration is now an ode to wood, barley, and time. With notes of rich toffee and caramel, luscious creme brulee, nutty malt, and delicate oak, this barleywine is the perfect excuse to gather with friends.

Westchester: Candy Cot Aprium
Farmhouse Saison / 5% ABV
Westchester is L&L’s take on mixed-fermentation farmhouse-style saison—celebrating our unique house culture of wild yeast and bacteria as seen through the lens of co-ferments with some of the finest fruit Washington has to offer.

For this iteration of Westchester, Candy Cot aprium from Collins Family Orchards in Selah, WA were fermented for over a year on their native wild cultures before being macerated with our house mixed-fermentation saison and bottle conditioned. Expect light floral notes of apricot and plum.
